We have lived here a few months. When we first were signing the lease we were told to remember that this is a family community. Well, there are families, and then there are families. We have never lived in an area where such filthy language is tolerated.It eminates from the mouths of one or two tenants in particular. One problem is that the manager is not the grounds on the weekends. Memorial Day Weekend and Fourth of July Weekend presented the non-invited tenants with a loud Hispanic music festival on the front lawn. There is no consideration given by the people "giving" the party to those who are not participating. The morning after results in beer bottles strewn all over. The manager couldn't care less. She's leaving soon. She sits in her office during the week trying to look busy while she plays computer games. One of the two handymen who works for the complex participates in the parties-so he's not going to complain. Little kids-who we understand need a place to play-unfortunately ride their skateboards and small bicycles in areas where cars are coming in and out-as they are entering or leaving from their assigned parking spaces. The only respite we have from the man and woman who constantly fight-so everyone can hear- is when the temperatures are hot enough that the windows are closed and the AC is cranked. The manager is very business like and puts on an officious front; however she is feckless in her position, and is inept in any administrative duties she has. However, we're sure with all the practice she's had, she must have high score on the video card games she plays. We fear complaining in that that might result in flat tires, scratched cars, and confrontationsl situations.

It's funny how you aim to be anonymous yet the entire complex knows who you are.....Heck I don't live there and I know who you are and believe me they could not be happier that you are gone. Now if I recall correctly The day of the "HISPANIC FESTIVAL" as you call it which by the way clearly makes you a racist and a few other chosen words that I have for you that I need not post --------- were not the only one's celebrating as I recall hummmmmmm we don't speak what we do now do we......Overall as a proud HISPANIC I invite all --------- to this complex let's make it worth their while..I think I'll request an apartment in this beautiful complex.................

i will say theres nothing wrong with some kind of gathering its that you mad because you didnt get no roast pork and rice and beans yes the complex needs to do more for the familys like build a park like all other complex toni is there to yes play video games on the computer and look like a turkey with her triple chin.also they got rid of a good employee that does more work then all of them anyway dont go making remarks about "hispanic festival" which they are not its just tenents that do things and not stay home all day and watch everyone else have fun come out and meet us and you will see that --------- are not all bad people we work and we love to have fun and yes we do have considaration for other "if you not there too bad"
