Living at Ely Park, not bad. I lived at Ely Park appartments for about one year. I had no problems at all.
Everything in my appartment always worked. It was warm, the heat is included in the rent. My garbage was always picked up. And when I left I got all of my security deposit back.

New management is awful In 2006 I gave this building 5 stars. Earlier this year a new management company took over and they have been rude and hostile. Most of the maintenance people have either left or been let go and the complex has declined as a result.
