| Rented an apartment in Canandaigua.Rick was very helpful and came out during the night when there was a problem. Good apartment for the price. Quiet and friendly neighbors.Recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a nice quiet studio apartment. | ||||||||||||

| The apartments are very affordable and Rick is extremely helpful and attentative. He did not hesitate to come and fix a problem after hours. Neighbors were very friendly and quiet. | ||||||||||||
