Be Prepared for White Trash neighbors. - I lived here for a year before moving to Fairfield in Port Jefferson. Overall, the experience wasn't terrible. Welcome Home I have been living at Sunrise Gardens for a little over two years now. I am extremely pleased with the environment in which I reside. Driving into the complex when I return home I have to say, I feel so happy...knowing where I live is beautiful and safe. Thank you Fairfield!

Don´t waste your money These apartments are severely overpriced for the location and quality. They need to be renovated. The noise from Sunrise Hwy. and Lakeland Ave. can be distracting at best, overwhelming at worst. Maintenance takes forever to fix things and leave messes. Garbage is all

avoid I was sleeping one day and i woke up to find a matinence man coming through my bathroom window. I did not call for any repairs. I never got a reason for this,but i should of called the police.

Excellent value and service I personally enjoyed my experience living at Sunrise Gardens. Service and mainatenance were prompt and courteous. Additionally, considering other rent prices in the area, this is the best value I could find.

Overpriced These properties are overpriced...the maintenance staff is unresponsive and when they DO come to fix something, they enter your apartment without you being there...and leave the place a mess. I will never live in one of the Fairfield properties again.

Lock your Doors This place is horrible. I have been here 3 years and finally decided to move. I didn't stay 3 years because of satisfaction, only because it is such a Pain in the A to move. Forget about ever getting a parking space close to your apartment if at all, unless you arrive
