If you value peace of mind don't live here mamagment is hostile and does not know what they are doing,when you pay your rent make sure you keep all your receipt because they don't give out rent receipt here and can call you in the office any time to say you have not paid your rent. since Amico Residential brought the place has gone down drasticly it take day,weeks and sometime months before things get fixed here security is inadaquite just like the staff.
