Academy Gardens is a Joke!!

I lived in this complex from 3/1996-1/2003. Management does not know what they are doing and are very nasty. They do not keep good records of their transactions. The security seems to be afraid to do what they are supposed to. I moved in because I thought my children would be safe playing outside but there have even been shoot-outs inside the complex. When it comes to repairs you might as well do it your self. You may do a better job than the maintenance staff. I had a fire escape window that came out completely from its frame and all the maintanence person did was put a "bandage" on the problem. I would not recommend for any one to live here.
