moved here in 77 moved away in 95,moved back in the vicinity 04,ive been back 2 the place & the new mgmt & security is the problem.the old mgmt & security didnt tolerate loitering at all,law enforcement rounded up all the real bad guys over a 12year period.overall it actually looks more threatning then it actually is.living on the lacombe side is much better than the rosedale side.its definitly good 4 a person who didnt grow up in the area & is in & out! property value is only going up in this area which politically means crime will continually be forced down until almost non existant.parking is awful in the area,if your not home by 7pm u might have 2 park in castle hill,lol!
