| The complex is disgusting in terms of maintenance and upkeeping. The are a lot of elderly people living in these buildings and the ELEVATOR NEVER WORKS!!! Very rarely will maintenance resolve an issue. They are more "in the meantime" resolutions. ... more | ||||||||||||
