My grandmother has an apartment on the Hutch that she's been living in for three years and I tell you, it is luxury at it's best.

She said the maintanece is on point as well as the everything else.

The metrocard bus comes to the community on a schedule, and everything such as buses and stores are tailored for the active senior.

I recommend it to anybody who loves the city but wants safe and comfortable living as well.

The only problem is parking,if you have a car, and the endless tirade of goose poop.
