Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Riverbay Corp makes great politicians.
All talk no action. Co-op still sinking.
Apts should be re-fitted as prison cells to
ease overburdened penal system.
Co-op great place to buy & sell drugs.
Many current residents "grow their own".
Sex rampant on staircases. Don't plan on
sleeping if you move here. Great views if you like looking at an eyesore.
Good place to live if you're ancestors
ate people.
