Not a good place to live

I have lived in Co-op City for 4 years and I moved to this place becasue it was cheap to buy and live a a good place. Once I moved here, it has been HELL, people hangout in front of the building making noise till the wee hours at night. I have seen teenages selling drugs in the stairs, I have heard about two people being muged and the police never caught the guy. The security in the building is horrible, they hangout with the kids in front of the building, instead of asking them to leave. Co-op city is not a good place to live, even if it is cheap to buy...
