I loved it here when I first moved in. Since Marion Scott took over this place sucks. The Board of Directors don't do anything but argue among themselves and nothing gets resolved. The tenants do not hold the Board members accountable for anything and end up letting them get right back in their positions around election time. Money is mis-managed which results in rent increases. Im turned off because I pay my rent and just found out that people from shelters and being placed in here under rentals. I paid for my apartment and thought everyone else did. They have the nerve to say you can't get in witout a 700 credit score...yeah ok! Alot of un-desirables are moving in and the place is going down. I have never had a mouse problem but in the past year me and mickey have become one. Im considering moving and paying much more money to have a decent living environment for me and my daughter. They claim they have a no pet policy...they should with all the mice, racoons and skunks running around. Trust me, tenants have pets...dogs are being walked around here all the time. I just think nobody cares, its beyond help and Management is steadily mis-managing (stealing) money at our expense. The positive is, you are not going to get apartments this size with utilities included at these rents...but you get what you pay for I guess.

What is this about people in shelters being moved in here? Do you have any info about this? If its true it should be on the front page of City News
