I probably live in the worst building of CC in Section 5. CCPD are useless. I called them so many times and made official complaints regarding my drug dealing neighbors, who party outside of my apartment door, up to ten different people-nice way to come home at night. CCPD ignore my request and stopped even trying to silence them. They shoot craps in the hallway, smoke weed and cigarettes, have different people coming inside their apartments 24 hours a day. The whole building wants them gone but it's easy for them to pay the rent. CCPD also are horrible. They banged on my door at 1 in the morning demanding I open up my door. I did not. They found out they had the wrong apartment and didn't even apologize for scaring the crap out of me. I am planning my escape out of CC, it has been on its way to becoming a crime infested ghetto for twenty plus years. They have taken in such undesirables. Plus, CC is over-crowded and not conveniently located. I predict in less than ten years that CC will raise the maintenance closer to the average market value that it won't be worth it to live there. They won't be able to keep the professional working class there.
