To be fair to parkchester, the only great thing in my building is the cleaning crew; my floor and the foyer in impeccable. security, notwithstanding, they are unable to assist because they have no clue, service is deplorable, they assume that if the tenant has a problem, it is not an issue, because they are not concerned about the quality of your lifestyle. do not ask for service because you will need to be on an extended leave from your job to get work done and the workmanship is so poor that you will be struck by the fact that the job must have been done by someone that was hired off the street with no experience whatsoever. If this is acceptable living conditions then move here otherwise run like hell, the smells and noise forget about it, the thought makes me ill. I travel quite a bit so fortunately I am not here often but I realize that the times that I am here, i deserve better. The Macy's employees desperately hover outside for a smoke, disgusting. I think I found a job for mayor bloomie. Will be posting before and after pics of work done in my place
