If you are moving to Parkchester ,make sure you try and stay away from the north condo side.The best areas are the south condo near the train station.Make sure to check the building before you move into it some are way better than others I have no complaints for my building on Mc Graw ave.
In 4 years living here the worst part is the parking situation you have to come home early to find parking.
