Management must take a proactive stand to save Parkchester

Despite the rapid improvements to the building structure itself, parkchester remains a developement with many growing problems.

The most common is loitering groups of people making disruptive noises at all hours of the day and night,and loud and disruptive teneants blasting Music and stomping on uncarpeted floors.

Sercurity attempts to keep order, but with the lack of support and follow-up by Managemet, I'm afaid there attempts are in vain.
