I moved into parkchester march '03.
My building remains clean.
The outside is very well kept.
My only complaint is the infestation of roaches.
They are everywhere including the toilet.
I have one telephone outlet.
The walls are beginning to crack.
Overall, I would say it is a decent place to live.
Its convenient to all major highways.
Shopping is a few steps away.
Another drawback is parking.
You will pull your hair out trying to find somewhere to park.
Its all meter parking because of the many shops in the area.
I use to park my car at one garage that was a few feet from my apartment, but my car had been broken into.
The rate for the garage is not cheap either!!!
