Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I've lived here for four years now. In the beginning it my particular building was apparently one of the finest. The last year in and a half, I've noticed many more unruly tennants, to include gnag bangers & others just plain old loud & inconsiderate. The way I was put through the grinder when applying for an apartment is definately not happening now. They are letting anyone in and with that said, Parkchester is no longer that family community that they advertise. One last thing (THEY NICKLE & DIME YOU TO DEATH)Watch out for your deposit.
