Parkchester is/was a great location. It is (at times)a nice environment with beautiful landscaping. The Oval is great with scheduled entertainment, relaxing atmoshere with the fountain and fragrant flowers. However, there is a catch.

I find that many of the new residents are way below par. They have somehow managed to inflitrate a once quiet community and are reeking havoc. You hear and are witness, on occassions, to many fights. The mentallity of these new residents, is one that is not respectful at all.

The screening process for residency must have been downgraded considerabley with the numerous undesireables. That 10% now becoming the majority, infesting what I once considered a truly great environment.

I could care less about section 8. I know a great deal of wonderful families who are on it.

With that said, bring the standards back and save Parkchester. Once that is done I would definately recommend it as a fine place to live.
