IN MY 19 YEARS HERE I'VE COME TO REALIZE WHAT A BIG MISTAKE IT WAS TO PURCHASE MY CONDO.

CONDO, THATS FUNNY, NOW I CALL IT PARKCHESTER HOUSING PROJECTS.

FOUR MORE YAERS TIL END OF MY BANK NOTE AND I'M GONE.
