I moved into the South Condo in a 1 bedroom.

The building is nice, quiet and since I am a girl I do not feel unsafe coming into the buildling at night.

The landscaping is nice and there is no hanging out at all at night.

However: I had a welcome mat infront of my door and it was stolen after about three weeks.

Next from my bedroom window I have been witness to two verbal altercations involving men and women.

Nothing physical but it was loud and vulgar.

Also I have seen and killed about 5 roaches this month and I think it's due to the fact that my neighbor had her place fumagated.
