Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 2005
 
I've lived in Parkchester my entire life, 27 years. It was once a beautiful place but the neighborhood has gradually declined. I am very excited about moving soon. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to live here. Parking is atrocious, there is constant noise, lower class people have moved in, and the local authorities and staff and not helpful or friendly. It is no longer a safe place to live. This is one of the worst places to live in NYC.
