Managers need a better way of controlling the way tenants deal with their garbage.

I have seen that tenants leave their garbage on the elevators, hallways and entrance of the buildings.

This is not very pleasant for someone who will like to live in Parchester.

Alternative: place cameras on the building entrance where the problem is taking place more often, and saction with a violation all the people who doesn't follow these rules by this way we are going to have a cleaner and better enviroment.
