You forgot -------- and White people , in your "who has Sec.8" rant.
I'm not racist(can't be because Hispanic ain't a race), but anywhere there is a large Hispanic population you best ta believe the quality of life will be shot to hell!! Regardless if they are receiving section 8 or not!
My gripe with Parkchester isn't the section 8 tenants (---- I wish I had it, NYC is expensive and kudos to those who can get some help with these sky rocketing rents) it's with management.
I'm too tired to list all my gripes but I will say this in closing , the no dogs allowed sign you see plastered all around is a fckn joke!!!!
Everyone has a dog and walks them freely and proudly without a damn care in the world and Security doesn't do ---- about it.
These people let their dogs crap all in the grass and then leave it there as if it's some type of fertilizer!

True, something must be done about he dog problem. New signs were placed on the grass areas in the north section yet people still disregard the rule. Imagine that i must be scared to go out to work in the mornig because someone walks their pit bull with no leash.

Yeah I guess the old Hell's kitchen said that for the Irish too. No one wanted to live there when it was mostly Irish and notoriously dangerous.
