I've been living in Parchester since 3/05. I have had nothing but great experiences. Sure it has it's little flaws such as lazy maitanance workers, but there is alway something wrong with something. I think Parkchester is only going to get better. I've just read a bunch of reviews and couldn't believe what I read. I have a huge, beautiful apt and I never felt unsafe. Although, I've been on the North side and it looks completely different than the south when you go in the buildings. You can tell South Parkchester take a lot of pride, but the North side has not begun to catch up. With a couple of known stores and cleaner and well managed buildings, I'm sure it could easily improve.In just one year, property value has risen 20K. I hope Parkchester keeps up and tries a little harder so Parkchester will be as good as it used to be in the 70's.
