I have lived in Parkchester for over a year. My building is usually clean. I do have roaches. My building is quiet. This past winter I was warm, but the previous winter was a nightmare. I had to wear a sweater to bed in addition to my comforter. Overall I had no real concerns until someone called the police on me and said I was abusing my child. My child is two and quite often he screams, cries and has tantrums. So, I feel like leaving because now I feel like every time my child has a tantrum, the police will come. In other words, some people are truly caring, and concerned people. On the other hand, there are a lot of vicious ones. I guess that can be anywhere right'''

You answered your own question! Yeah, that is everywhere. That was done to me. Doesn't make Parkchester a bad place, it just confirms that people jump to conclusions for children. The SYSTEM will keep coming to the same spot once a report has been made. Been there, been through that, got all copies of my report that cleared me, because there was no evidence of abuse, just a report: This all while I was living in Savoy Park (formally Delano Village) Harlem, NY. The people who called on you just happen to live in Parkchester where your kid was screaming. Mine screamed in Delano- Harlem. Eventually, I did move.
