I am an Irish born guy. Moved to Parkchester one year ago. A mostly ------- American neighborhood and I have never felt unwelcome. Like any urban neighborhood you have to be aware of your surroundings (felt the same way in Dublin)

To me it is a place in transition and nowhere near as bad as some of the posters here are making it seem.

I am a renter and am seriously considering buying a unit at some time in the future.
