If you are planning to move into the wonderful land of Parkchester just keep that in mind! We are not allowed to have Dish Network or DirectTV because of an agreement Parkchester has with CABLEVISION iO Digital Cable!! So if you don't mind paying outrageous fees to a cable company that sucks rat ----( yeah we got a lot of those running around in the grass playing tag with the squirrels) hearing your neighbors moans and groans from having sex in your kitchen (paper thin walls) or getting hit on by coked out maintanence workers and security officers come on in you'll love it!
