If you own a vehicle I can tell you now it is not worth living here.

You will probably spend more money on gas and tickets than the damn car is worth.

You will literally spend a good 2 hours looking for parking at times and you can forget about it on Sundays! To top it off you have to feed meters most of which are broken and you will get a ticket believe me.

Alternate side of the street is every single day, no breaks here.

To top it off you have to move it at 7:30 am.

NY City officers love this place, they get their quotas done in no time.

Forget about leaving your car double parked for a few minutes or even seconds.

You will get slapped with a ticket.

I live on the Oval and I have to say my building porter keeps the building very clean.

I live on the the main floor and my biggest peeve is people who stand in front of your window to smoke cigs or talk loudly on the phone.

Neighbors are really friendly and stay out of your business.

I have heard horror stories about Parkchester but have yet to expeirience them (other than the nightmare parking situation).

You get what you pay for I guess.
