The only reason I came to check the reviews for Prkchester is because I live in Parkchester and have been for the last 20 yrs. I am about to relocate and was scared off from the reviews I read from other states. Now that I checked the reviews for Parkchester, I see it is really based on opinion. I have never seen any crakcheads, drug dealers, prostitutes or pimps and I am not living in a bubble. My mother lives on Unionport Rd and I live on St Raymond's Ave. Never had any noise problems. Only problem is leaks and that has been tended to. I agree that the management office acts as if you are stealing money from them and the also charge for EVERYTHING. That part is ridiculous, but I would definitely stay here if I wasn't looking to relocate. I am leaving because I want to not because I am being forced to.
