This is my third year living in Parkchester next to Macy's and I love this place.
Nothing like people told me was yeeears ago.
The place was the worst but now they have 24/7 police around the area.
This area is for people of average class.
Family came from PR to visit me and they love it! If somebody want a better place to live and they are rich, then move outsite NYC.
REMEMBER, if everybody think the same thing, the world were different.

I live in the South Condominium on Metropolitan avenue and police presents...please...more like security and they are not present 24/7. I do not feel any safer in comparison to where I use to live where I saw NYC officers daily and more often then in Parkchester.
