Parkchester

 

I can't say this is an exaggeration because i didn't experience your experience.

But what i can say is that Parkchester is a much better complex from the 80's to the late 90's.

My mother is an Police Officer and can tell stories of how horrible it was back in the days.

I only lived her for about a year and have to say it's pretty decent for the Bronx.

I never really liked the Bronx but the apartments are HUGE, i never experienced the urine problem, and far as management, if i ever had a problem and didn't get the help i needed from the workers at the office management was easy to approach and always made sure my problems were solved.

As far as the drug dealers and the gangs, i can't comment on that cause i never experienced it.

The kids here i noticed are just like kids in other neighborhoods.

They are kids, and i have even witness parents scolding their kids for not behaving.

One thing I would have to say is that you do have the negative people here and it's something that management should address but other than that i find this to be a very up coming environment in the up coming years
