I and my new husband have lived in parkchester for 1 year and so-far we both agree, it a good place to start our lives together.
We both lived in other parts of the Bronx, and I am orginaly from Brooklyn.
The parkchester community are for the most part friendly,and the rent for a one bedroom, affordable for a couple.
I am looking to invest in property and parkchester is a good place to start.

Dear Anonymous, The one bdrms are large enough for 2 twin beds/1night stand each or sm dresser for night stand, will need additional wardrobes for clothing. 1bdrm 935/best space would be 2bdrms now 1300. thats 650.00 per person cooking gas included. Good luck!
