I rented a Parkchester condominium apartment 4 months ago. For renting i had to go through the south board approval, which took about 3 weeks. Agent Krystyna Jusman and broker Zakir Khan of Parkchester Real Estate helped me throught the approval process.
Nice apartment, quite and safe. Rent only $925 for 1 bedroom. 4 minutes walking distance to subway, #6 Parkchester station. I really love the area.
