I recommend Parkchester and I don't recommend it. I was very excited about my apartment. It was big and the price was decent. However two weeks after my move in, I had to call management to exterminate my apartment because there were lots of roaches. Management is great, always responsive, but the roach infestation is horrible, walls are too thin, I can hear a pin drop in someone elses apartment floors down from me if I turned my television off. Teenagers hangout in the area all hours of the night and are noisy. The grass isn't well kept and parking is a nightmare. Pets are not allowed, but Section 8 is, which brings down the property even more.

I recommend it to those who are looking for great management and a large apartment for a decent price. I also recommned it if you don't mind teenagers hanging out all hours of the night and roaches becoming apart of your household, you don't care to have pets and you don't own a car.
