I live on MaGraw. The area you mention is the Ghetto part of Parkchester. Yes it's rowdy, yes there are Gangs of youth just itching to start something, Yes there are drugs. Security thinks twice B4 performing their duties. MayB ... more

Parkchester is so overrated. You pay so much rent for nothing. You pay more for the area (stores) then you do the aptmt. Smh I live in parkchester right now. (so ready to leave) I dont have an Air conditioner ... more

Not worth it

The apartments ARE large, especially for NY. However, the commute is a nightmare. The only train that's really semi convenient is the #6, which is slow and delayed aaaaall the time. The apartments are big like I said, but old. ... more
