Lived here 13 years, the first 10 were great..... then all of sudden ..derelicts moved in setting garbages on fire, deficating in the hallway and basically taking a number two on the neighborhood. Roaches galore. Manager and secretary to management office are constantley changing. The current secretary has a serious attitude problem....as well as the Manager! She has no eticate. It's disgusting and to get in the best part, you have to put thousands down to become a "shareholder first"...Never!!!!!!! To Get in you have to wait from like three years to forever!!! Get this, their one bedroom list has been open to people waiting from 1996...ten years ago!!! They still take applications and charge you $250.00. Oh and yes.... good luck if you request to pull your name off the list.... I am still waiting for my refund of $200.00...because there's a $50.00 administration fee!!! Your hardworking money is SOOOOOOOOOOOO not worth it. Keep looking!!!
