Okay honestly, these people are probably talking out of their butt.

Rosedale Gardens is kept very clean, I live in the Main Building Where the Manager is located. 1810 and ive lived here since the 90's. To tell you the truth, the manager and her secretary are usually treating others bad for the performance of what they've done. The manager is friendly with who treats her with respect. The Workers are tremendous, they're very friendly. Although there's a certain Security that has been reported to be messing around with the drugs, and they haven't fired him at all. So who knows. He's Jamaican and has a nasty beard. But anyways the apartments are clean if YOU KEEP THEM CLEAN. FOR ALL THE years ive lived here, THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A MICE OR RAT IN MY APARTMENT. Roaches have been inside my house, but lately Their hasn't. Everything due to vandalism is usually brought from the Monroe Houses, but also from a couple of [Wannabe] Gangsters who recently moved in. The Manager does have control on who enters, and she hasn't been doing a good job on kicking some people who don't belong here to leave.
