There have been significant problems with the hot water recently. The management claims that the water is controlled by the Monroe projects, and refuses to accept responsibility for this repeated problem (despite continuing to collect full rent from us each month). When we call 311, the Housing Authority claims this property does not show up on their system, despite the fact that the management at Monroe knows what we are talking about when we contact them. Monroe repeatedly tells us that they have ordered parts, have fixed the problem, etc., but it is clear that they are being dishonest. Nobody wants to take responsibility for this issue, and we are seriously considering moving elsewhere because of incompetence on ALL sides. If any other tenants are experiencing this problem, please post here. We have much more of a voice collectively.
As for the property, the grounds are nicely maintained and the buildings are generally clean. The maintenance staff works very hard and the workers are helpful. However, there is a problem with low class people occasionally urinating in the hallways, etc., and recently there have been problems with some idiot starting fires in the outside garbage cans. This property needs to start screening prospective tenants much more thoroughly, and also keep the derelicts from the projects off the grounds.

You can't move out because there's no hot water for a couple of hours, that's ridiculous. I never heard of such a thing. Howevedr the issue of derelicts urinating in the hallways is true. I'm uncertain what can be done about that. Management is off the wall sometimes. I live in the same building you do.

manager sucks tell her to dress the right way also her smokeing needs to stop no one wants to smell it she has the men serving all her needs we dont pay them to service her.

Yes, her smoking needs to stop, and her perfume is off the walls, she uses that to try and cover up the smell of her smoking in the office. shes killing people with that second hand smoke.
