Yes! I will say that the buildings are kept clean thanks to mantinence. But the manager of this site is very nasty when it comes to the tenants her unprofessional behavior is totally inapproprite and unacceptable, her careless record keeping, she engages children in conversation about there parent. WOW! Is this someone you would like to be your property manager' This is Rosedale Gardens(not Yelventon Gardens). I have lived in this complex for 12yrs and never came across any of the managers being so arrogant and not being able to perform there costermer service to there tenants. If she was to pay attention to the roach infested cabinets like she did the outer grounds we would feel like we where in Riverdale not Rosedale. They say don't judge a book by it's cover I read this book and it's SUCKS.
