Great place It will be three years in Skyview in June, and I am quite happy there.
Cons: Poor color choice when they repained the basement halls at 5700.
The pool gets a little crowded but if you go early it's ok.
Pros: Great maintenance staff.
Safe and well-maintained.

Towed if late Hope you are never late with your rent or the management will have your car towed. No one will ever visit you if you live here, there's no parking. Some of the neighbors are least to be desired. My neighbors use power tools, play basketball, jump rope at ALL hours.

Great place Honestly, it was not a bad place to live. It is very easy to access (train & bus stop less than a block away from the building). The building has doormen to prevent strangers from entering the building & its apartments. Most tenants are friendly. I lived in the building for 18 years

Parkchester condominium I rented a Parkchester condominium apartment 4 months ago. For renting i had to go through the south board approval, which took about 3 weeks. Agent Krystyna Jusman and broker Zakir Khan of Parkchester Real Estate helped me throught the approval process.
