We lived at the Avalon for a little over a year and had a wonderful experience.
The building is clean and very well maintained.
The apartments are well equipped and the location is superb with the train right across the street.
It also helps that Bronxville is a quaint and charming town that we loved to walk and shop in.
We found the staff at the Avalon to be very friendly and helpful.
Robert the concierge is wonderful and Phyllis went out of her way to help us with our move and anything else we needed during our year at the Avalon.
I would highly recommend it! The rent was well worth it for a great quality of life.
