Really Overpriced

The best part of the Avalon is the location. But, overall, it is a complete rip-off. My apt. was somewhat dirty upon move-in, the bedroom is drafty and the walls are paper-thin so there is little privacy. Maintenance is nice but I think they are very understaffed. Not recommended.
