Don't rent here This place is awful! The walls are thin, the quality of finishes is horrible and it's flat out cheap construction. The noise from the train kept my whole family up at night--it felt like it was rolling right through the apartment. And the trucks in the morning started

Really Overpriced The best part of the Avalon is the location. But, overall, it is a complete rip-off. My apt. was somewhat dirty upon move-in, the bedroom is drafty and the walls are paper-thin so there is little privacy. Maintenance is nice but I think they are very understaffed.
