A Good Choice - A good place to live if you are new to the area or if you are avoiding the Park Slope rents. One block from the train, you can easily get anywhere in the city from this stop. Walkable to the musuem, park, grocery and laundry places. Few bars and resturaunts are nearby however. About a twenty minute walk to Park Slope isn't that bad though. Although the neighborhood to the north is crime ridden, many of the tenents inside this complex are not the greatest themselves.
