A good place to live if you are new to the area or if you are avoiding the Park Slope rents. One block from the train, you can easily get anywhere in the city from this stop. Walkable to the musuem, park, grocery and laundry places. Few bars and resturaunts are nearby however. About a twenty minute walk to Park Slope isn't that bad though. The management is very accomadating and freindly. The super is always around and quite helpful. Security guys are driving around all night. If you are the north side of the building you get a great view of Manhatten from your balcony. Wish I could've stayed in New York.
