I WOULD FEEL SAFE LIVING IN THE WILDERNESS WITH A PACK OF WOLVES AFTER ME EVERYDAY. THROUGHOUT MY 8 YEARS LIVING IN FLATBUSH GARDENS, I MUST SAY WERE THE ABSOLUTE WORST YEARS OF MY LIFE. THERE WERE SO MANY DEAD BODIES FOUND IN THE GARAGES AND ON ROOF TOPS OF THE BUILDINGS. IN ORDER TO HAVE ANY REPAIRS DONE, YOU'D HAVE TO GO THROUGH HELL IN ORDER TO GET ANYTHING REPAIRED. YOU MAY REMEMBER FLATBUSH GARDENS AS THE OLD "VANDERVEER ESTATES". I BELIEVE CHANGING THE NAME DOESN'T CHANGE ANYTHING BECAUSE THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS STILL THE SAME.

FORT GREENE WAS always in a transition phase, It had opportunity.Close to the city, beautiful townhouses... and etc. I grew up in the area and went to school there. Flatbush doesnt have much to offer and people are not willing to move there.
