I lived there and it was the worst experience of my life. The leasing office is awful, rude, and management never return phone calls. Sink was broken, toilet was broken, and above all else, they do not like to return security deposits. Saw a story about them on Fox 13 New York in 2009. Don't be fooled by the fake advertising with pretty people. This place is an overpriced slum and former project. Oh, and if you're seriously considering moving there, I hope you like the smell of marijuana and urine in the hallways and elevators.
