I was totally in love with this development in nov 1983. Soda machines, with ice. my delivered it the door, news papers to the front doors. it was ever so peaceful then I used to stick my head out of the door to see if there really were people in the building,

I have had great times here, 26 yrs later I a m certainly ready to vacate the premise, it has turned an urban house developement to now be ashamed of. It so depressing. And the landlords have turned into money hungry indifferent people.

I agree 19 years ago Management had a responsible professional team to oversee and manage their operation. Today this complex is being managed by a team of rejects, unprofessional, non skillfull staff no one else would hire. This is a major investment and I am surprise that the investors are not concerned about their investment especially during these economical challenging times. Unprotected and poorly maintain properties can be very costly in the end. Safety is serious concern and Management does not seem to grasp the concept. Elevators are never working, exit doors are missing lights and door knob. The main stairs on Eldert Lane has no lights, so safety is a big issue. Compactor rooms are filty, garbage is sitting behind the building for days, this poses a serious health hazardous condition. The hot and cold water is always out of balance and lately there's no water. Management needs to shift their focus in securing and protecting their property and improving the quality of life for their residents.
