	The building is absolutely bloated with potential both inside and out though it's severely unfulfilled. My impression is that the undertaking ended up being more than the developer could handle and had to cut corners on both retrofitting and outfitting.

	I've never had problems with neighbors here because everyone that moves in is mature and respectful. This is the best thing that separates officeops from other neighborhood lofts. Also enjoy periodic events on the rooftop in the summer. Wouldn't want ... more

	Bad neighborhood. Very desolite. Crime is a big problem in the area.
